Campaign Support

Sarah Henry was the Democratic nominee for Florida House District 38 in both 2022 and 2024 and lost by two of the closest margins in Florida each election cycle. Sarah raised more than three quarters of a million dollars and personally knocked on more than 15 thousand doors. Now, she’s putting a unique blend of political and professional experience to work to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.

Campaign Strategy

Sarah’s nonprofit experience in communications and development, in addition to three consecutive years on the campaign trail, bring an expert eye to a campaign’s strategic decisions.

  • Personal narrative development, including stump speech and social media content strategy.

  • Develop voter contact plan in coordination with candidate and voter contact vendors (direct mail, digital persuasion, television).

  • Fundraising support, especially in evaluation of candidate’s personal network and call time support.

Campaign Management

Sarah’s experience and certification as a Professional Project Manager dovetails with her campaign and volunteer experience in campaign management.

  • Endorsement process management, including deadline monitoring, endorsement research, and support in drafting questionnaire.

  • Managing team calls, including scheduling, agendas, and pre-work.

  • Campaign budget and finance plan.

  • Recruit, interview, and train campaign staff (campaign manager, call time manager, field director).
